ArkSystems-ohjelmien lisenssisopimus

Tämä lisenssisopimus koskee seuraavia Arksystems Oy:n (Y-tunnus 3303562-1, jäljempänä “valmistaja”) tuotteita (jäljempänä yhdessä “ohjelma”):

Käyttöoikeudet

  1. Ohjelman lisenssin saajalle toimitetaan ohjelman asennustiedosto sekä ohjelmaan mahdollisesti liittyvät julkaisut.
  2. Ohjelmaa voi käyttää yksi käyttäjä per lisenssi.
  3. Käyttäjällä on oikeus käyttää ohjelmaa yhdessä tietokoneessa.
  4. Ohjelman saa kopioida ainoastaan varmuuskopiona käytettäväksi. Kaikenlainen muu kopiointi on vastoin tekijänoikeuslakia (Tekijänoikeuslaki 1961/404).
  5. Ohjelmaan liittyvien julkaisujen kopiointi on kielletty.
  6. Käyttäjällä ei ole oikeutta luovuttaa ohjelman tai siihen liittyvän materiaalin käyttöoikeutta kolmannelle osapuolelle ilman valmistajan kirjallista suostumusta.
  7. Käyttäjällä ei ole oikeutta tehdä muutoksia ohjelman tiedostoihin lukuunottamatta RVT-, RFA-, RTE- ja RFT-tiedostoja. Samoin käyttäjällä ei ole oikeutta tehdä muutoksia tavara- tai tekijänoikeusmerkkeihin yms., jotka esiintyvät ohjelmassa tai siihen liittyvässä materiaalissa. Mitään ohjelman osaa ei saa irrottaa käytettäväksi muussa yhteydessä.
  8. Käyttäjä saa muokata ohjelmaan liittyviä RVT-, RFA-, RTE- ja RFT-tiedostoja omiin tarkoituksiinsa sopiviksi sekä lisätä omia tiedostojaan järjestelmään. Ohjelman valmistaja sanoutuu kuitenkin tällöin irti kaikista ohjelman toimintaan mahdollisesti liittyvistä häiriöistä.

Takuu ja vastuu

  1. Mikäli ohjelma on toimitettu viallisella tietovälineellä (CD-levyllä tai muistitikulla), vaihdetaan tietoväline uuteen veloituksetta, mikäli viallinen tietoväline toimitetaan valmistajalle 14 päivän kuluessa ohjelman ostopäivästä.
  2. Ohjelma on testattu perusteellisesti. Valmistaja ei voi kuitenkaan taata ohjelman täydellistä virheettömyyttä. Valmistajalle kirjallisesti ilmoitetut virheet ja parannusehdotukset käsitellään yksityiskohtaisesti.
  3. Valmistaja ei ole missään korvausvastuussa kenellekään ohjelman ja siihen liittyvän materiaalin käytöstä mahdollisesti aiheutuvista suorista tai epäsuorista vahingoista.

Käyttäjän rekisteröinti

  1. Ohjelman yhteydessä toimitetun rekisteröintilomakkeen täyttänyt käyttäjä on oikeutettu asiakaspalveluun ja tukeen.
  2. Rekisteröidyllä käyttäjällä on oikeus ohjelman vuosiversiopäivityksiin voimassa olevan hinnaston mukaisilla päivityshinnoilla.

ArkSystems Software License Agreement

This license agreement applies to the following software products (henceforth “Software”, referring to any one of the individual software products) developed and provided by Arksystems Oy (Business ID 3303562-1, henceforth “Manufacturer”):

Terms of Use

  1. The licensee is provided with a copy of the Software as well as associated material, if any.
  2. The Software may be accessed by one user per license.
  3. The user may access the Software on one computer.
  4. Copying of the Software is allowed for backup purposes. Copying of the Software for any other purpose is an infringement of copyright.
  5. Copying of the associated material is forbidden under copyright law (FI: Tekijänoikeuslaki 1961/404).
  6. Distribution of the Software and/or any associated material to third parties without written consent of the Manufacturer is forbidden.
  7. Modification of Software files, excluding RVT, RFA, RTE, and RFT files, is forbidden. Likewise, modification of trademarks, copyright labels, etc. in the Software or associated documentation is forbidden. No part of the Software may be separated for use outside the Software.
  8. The user is permitted to modify the associated RVT, RFA, RTE, and RFT files and to add new files into the Software environment. However, in such event the Manufacturer is no longer responsible for any impairment in the Software.

Warranty and Liability

  1. In the event that the Software is delivered in a faulty data storage device (CD or USB flash drive), when delivered to the Manufacturer within 14 days from Software purchase, the storage device is replaced with a new copy free of charge.
  2. The Software has been thoroughly tested. However, the Manufacturer cannot guarantee flawless performance. Written error reports and improvement suggestions are processed in detail.
  3. The Manufacturer is not responsible for any damage directly or indirectly caused by use of the Software or its associated material.

User Registration

  1. Customer service and support is available only to users completing the registration form included with the Software.
  2. Registered users are entitled to purchasing major Software upgrades with discount prices specified in the price list.
